The company operates in over 70 cities and counting and the company boasts it has handled over 6 million on its electric scooters and bikes. The scooters have a maximum range of 37 miles.

  • Download the Lime-S app on the App store or the Play store
  • Register your account and payment details
  • Find a scooter near you
  • Unlock the scooter via the app.
  • Scan the QR code on the bike using your phone to unlock it.
  • Always wear a helmet and drive in designated bike lanes
  • Start riding
  • Press down throttle to accelerate
  • Squeeze hand brake to stop
  • Use the app to lock up the scooter at the end of the ride



It costs $1 to unlock the scooter and 15 cents for every minute.
